JSC «Nurbank» announces an open tender for the procurement of A4 office paper for the head office and branches for the year 2024.
As a result of the tender, a supply contract will be concluded with the company offering the best terms.

Tender end date: «25» January 2024 at 16:00 hours, at the same address
Submission of bids until: «24» January 2024 by 12:00 hours, at the office: Almaty, Abay Avenue 10 «B» room 204, to the Secretariat
Key supplier requirements:
- the product must meet the list and specifications according to Appendix 1;
- provide free delivery to 16 cities in Kazakhstan (Atyrau, Astana, Aktau, Aktobe, Kokshetau, Kostanay, Karaganda, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Pavlodar, Petropavlovsk, Semey, Taraz, Taldykorgan, Shymkent, Uralsk, Almaty) and to the head office;
- have the required quantity in stock;
- capacity for monthly deliveries;
- opening account with JSC «Nurbank»;
- possess professional competence, have the necessary financial, material and labor resources to fulfill obligations under the supply contract;
- be solvent, not subject to liquidation, not have assets under arrest, and have no suspended financial activities as per the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- the prospective supplier bears all expenses related to preparing and submitting their tender application; the bank and the tender committee are not responsible for these expenses, regardless of the nature and outcome of the tender.
To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be submitted:
Package 1: Legal documentation
1) application for tender participation in the established form;
2) copies of founding documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of a legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);
3) copies of licenses (original for verification) for any state-licensed activity (if applicable);
4) copy of the identity document of the authorized representative of the supplier;
5) copy of the identity document of the main executive;
6) supplier's authorization for the representative to participate in the tender.
Package 2: Financial documentation
1) original reference from the servicing bank, confirming the applicant's banking details, absence of overdue debts;
2) copies of financial statements for one year for legal entities, stamped with the legal entity's seal, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, stamped where applicable;
3) original reference from the Tax Committee at the supplier's registration location confirming no tax arrears;
4) copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/entrepreneurs previously cooperating with the supplier, detailing experience, timeliness, completeness of obligations, etc. (if available);
5) information about the existing material and technical base;
6) pricing proposals;
7) copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for the two years preceding the tender. If losses are noted for these years, the participant must justify the proposed product/service price (for procurements that are part of an international business operation).
Package 3: Other documentation
1) product characteristics, delivery conditions, terms.
It should be noted that the bank's tender committee reserves the right not to disclose information regarding the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential suppliers or any other individuals not officially involved in this process.
JSC «Nurbank» reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notice to potential suppliers who submitted applications, stating the cancellation or new date.
Potential suppliers have the right to modify or withdraw their applications before the final submission deadline.
