JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the supply of cash handling equipment for the branches of JSC "Nurbank" and invites potential suppliers to participate in the tender, which will take place on 19.10.2023 at 14:30 at the Head Office of JSC "Nurbank", located at: Almaty, Abay Ave, 10"V", 3rd floor, room 310 (large conference hall).

Potential suppliers must meet the criteria outlined in the “appendix 3_selection criteria” file and provide equipment for testing. The technical specification of the procured equipment is specified in the “appendix 4_tech.specifications” file.
To participate in the tender, the following document package is required:
Package 1: Legal documentation
1) application for participation in the tender in the established form, according to the appendix to this letter in Kazakh/Russian languages;
2) notarized copies of constituent documents, certificate or certificate of registration/re-registration of a legal entity or certificate of registration of an individual entrepreneur;
3) copies of the permit (original for verification if the permit is issued in paper form) for certain activities (if the procurement of goods/works/services requires obtaining a permit) or a copy issued by the state body responsible for receiving the notice, an extract from the state electronic register of permits and notifications about the notice sent by the Applicant (if the procurement of goods/works/services requires notification);
4) notarized copy of the identity document of the authorized person – the Applicant's representative;
5) power of attorney from the Applicant to the authorized person to participate in the Tender.
Package 2: Financial documentation
1) price proposals;
2) completed questionnaires of legal entity according to the internal control rules to counteract the legalization (laundering) of proceeds gained by illegal means and the financing of terrorism at JSC "Nurbank";
3) original banking statement confirming the Applicant's bank details, absence of overdue debt to the bank, and absence of restrictions on monetary fund management;
4) copies of financial statements for the last reporting period for legal entities, sealed by the legal entity, tax declarations for individuals carrying out individual entrepreneurial activity;
5) original tax certificate from the Tax Committee at the Applicant's registration place confirming the absence of tax arrears;
6) original or copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs previously cooperating with the Applicant, containing assessments and characteristics of the cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligations fulfillment and others (if available);
7) information on the availability of material and technical base;
8) availability of information about the Applicant's registration at the ETP (if available);
9) copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for the two years preceding the Tender. If losses were declared in the tax accounting for the previous two years, the participant must provide a justification for the price of the proposed goods/services (for procurements that subsequently are subject to an international business transaction).
Package 3: Other documentation
1) technical specifications, delivery terms of the Equipment, terms, list, order and deadlines for providing services (if available);
2) potential suppliers' possession of an authorization letter from Equipment manufacturer companies with supporting documents on the right to implement equipment and provide technical support services;
3) information on the number of certified specialists (copies of specialists' certificates);
4) commitment to supply the Equipment simultaneously and in full volume to the Customer's address;
5) other documents at the discretion of the potential supplier.
The potential supplier bears all costs associated with preparing and submitting its tender application, and the Bank and the tender committee are not responsible and do not bear obligations for these expenses, regardless of the nature of the tender and its results.
We note that the Tender Commission of JSC "Nurbank" has the right not to disclose information regarding the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service suppliers or any other person not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender by providing written notification to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications, indicating the cancellation or new date of the tender.
The potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw its application prior to the expiration of the final tender submission deadline.
The tender will be held with the participation of an authorized representative of the potential service supplier, or without such participation, if the authorized representative will not take part in the tender.
