Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!

JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the procurement of antivirus software licenses for the IBM Lotus Domino mail server and invites potential suppliers to participate in the open tender, which will be held on August 24, 2023, at 14:30 at the building of JSC "Nurbank", located at: Almaty, Abay Ave, 10 "B", Office No. 310.

Document submission deadline: 23.08.2023 12:00, at the address: Almaty, Abay Ave, 10 "B", registry office, room No. 204

Legal entities (potential service providers) are allowed to tender, who must meet the following by the time of the tender:

1. The selection criteria for potential participants in Appendix No. 4.
2. The technical specification and description of software products in Appendix No. 5.

Criteria for evaluating tender bids:

• Compliance of the potential supplier with the above requirements;
• Compliance of the tender bid with the technical specifications of the tender documentation;
• Offered price;
• Payment conditions;
• License delivery terms.

The following document packages are required to participate in the tender:

Package 1: Legal documentation

1. Tender participation application;
2. Notarized copies of the founding documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of a legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);
3. Copies of the license (original for verification) to conduct any licensed activities by the state (if the activities for the goods/works/services purchased are subject to licensing);
4. Notarized copy of the document identifying the authorized representative of the supplier;
5. Supplier's power of attorney to the authorized person to participate in the Tender.

Package 2: Financial documentation

1. Price offer for 1 year, 3 years, 5 years;
2. Original bank statement confirming the applicant's banking details, absence of overdue debt of the applicant to the Bank;
3. Copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the legal entity's seal, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified by the seal if available;
4. Original tax committee certificate at the place of registration of the supplier on the absence of tax debt;
5. Information on the availability of material and technical base;
6. Confirmation of consent for settlements upon delivery under the Agreement through a bank account in JSC "Nurbank".

The potential Supplier shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of its tender bid, and the Bank and the tender committee do not answer for and are not liable for these costs, irrespective of the nature and result of the tender.

On our part, we note that the Bank's Tender Committee reserves the right not to disclose information regarding the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender bids to potential service suppliers or any other person not officially involved in the evaluation and comparison of tender bids.

JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notification to the potential suppliers who submitted tender bids, about the cancellation of the tender or its rescheduling with specification of the new date.

Potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw its bid before the expiration of the final deadline for submission of tender bids.

The tender will be conducted with the participation of the authorized person of the potential service supplier or without such if the authorized person does not participate in the tender.
