JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the procurement of services for the development of a new internet resource nurbank.kz and technical support for 1 year and invites potential suppliers to participate in the tender.

Proposal collection: until 10:00 hours on "06" June 2023 at the address: Almaty, Abaya Ave, 10 "V", room 204 (office).

LIST OF LOTS:

Lot 1: procurement of services for the development of a new internet resource nurbank.kz and technical support for 1 year

Main requirements for suppliers

1. The company must be a legal entity.
2. Have the necessary financial, material, and labor resources to fulfill obligations in accordance with the contract.
3. Be solvent, not subject to liquidation, the company's property must not be arrested, and its financial-economic activity should not be suspended in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Absence of outstanding tax liabilities at the time of the tender for the company and its first director/founder.
5. No significant claims from JSC "Nurbank" on previously concluded contracts.
6. Possession of a government license for the provision of services if the activity is subject to licensing.
7. The company must be registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
8. Supplier's consent for settlements under the Contract through a bank account opened in JSC "Nurbank" (preferably).
9. Experience in the development and technical support of internet resources for at least 5 years.

To participate in the tender, the following documents must be provided:

Legal documentation:

1. application for participation in the tender in the established form, according to Appendix 1 to this letter in Kazakh/Russian languages;
2. notarized copies of founding documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of a legal entity (Charter, certificate of VAT registration);
3. copies of licenses (original for verification) for conducting certain state-licensed activities;
4. notarized copy of the document certifying the identity of the authorized person — supplier's representative;
5. supplier's power of attorney to the authorized person to participate in the Tender;
6. decision of the authorized body of the legal entity on the election (appointment) of the executive body (head), notarized copy of the document.

Financial documentation:

1. price proposals;
2. original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the bank details of the applicant, absence of overdue debt to the bank by the applicant;
3. copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the seal of the legal entity;
4. original certificate from the Tax Committee at the place of registration of the supplier or an electronic extract of the presence/absence of tax debts;
5. copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who previously cooperated with the supplier, containing evaluations and characteristics of cooperation experience, including timeliness, completeness of obligations and more (if available);
6. copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. In the presence of losses in tax accounting for the previous two years, the participant must provide justification of the price of the proposed goods/services (for the procurement of goods/works/services that subsequently are the subject of an international business operation);
7. confirmation of consent to settlements under the Contract through a bank account opened in JSC "Nurbank". In case of the supplier's refusal to open an account, a corresponding letter must be provided.

The Potential Supplier bears all expenses related to the preparation and submission of their tender application, and the Bank and the tender committee are not responsible or liable for these expenses, regardless of the nature and outcome of the tender.

We note that JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notification to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications about the cancellation of the tender or rescheduling, indicating the new date of the event.

The potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw their application before the final deadline for submitting tender applications.

Final deadline for submission of tender documentation – 10:00 hours "06" June 2023. Documents are submitted in a sealed envelope (with contact details indicated on the envelope) to the Bank office, located at Almaty, Abaya Ave 10 “V”, room 204.
