JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the purchase of A4 office paper for the Head Bank and branches for the year 2023.
Based on the tender results, a supply contract will be concluded with the company offering the best terms.
The attachment to this announcement contains files with a list of requirements and the necessary quantity of paper.

Deadline for proposal submission: February "22", 2023, at 12:00, at: Almaty, Abay Avenue 10 "v"
Main requirements for suppliers:

• The goods must comply with the list and specifications according to Appendix 1.
• Provide free delivery across 17 cities of Kazakhstan (Atyrau, Astana, Aktau, Aktobe, Kokshetau, Kostanay, Karaganda, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Pavlodar, Petropavlovsk, Semey, Taraz, Taldykorgan, Shymkent, Turkestan, Uralsk, Almaty) and to the Head Bank;
• Availability of the necessary quantity of goods;
• Capability of monthly delivery of goods;
• Opening an account with JSC "Nurbank";
• Possess professional competence, and necessary financial, material, and labor resources to fulfill obligations under the supply contract;
• Be solvent, not subject to liquidation, no sequestration on its property, and its business activity not suspended under the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• The potential Supplier bears all expenses associated with preparing and submitting its tender application, and the bank and tender commission are not responsible or liable for these expenses, regardless of the tender's conduct and outcome.

To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be provided:
Package 1: Legal documentation
1) Tender participation application in the prescribed form;
2) Notarized copies of incorporation documents, registration/re-registration certificate of the legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);
3) Copies of licenses (original for verification) for activities licensed by the state (if applicable for the procured goods/services);
4) Notarized copy of ID of the authorized person — supplier representative;
5) Notarized copy of the ID of the first executive head;
6) Power of attorney for the authorized person to participate in the tender.
Package 2: Financial documentation
1) Original bank reference confirming the applicant's banking details and absence of overdue liabilities to the bank;
2) Copies of financial statements for one year for legal entities, sealed, tax returns for individual entrepreneurs, sealed if available;
3) Original tax committee certificate at the supplier's registration place confirming no tax arrears;
4) Copies of recommendations and feedback from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who previously cooperated with the supplier, including assessments and characteristics of the cooperation experience such as timeliness, completeness of obligations, etc. (if available);
5) Information on the availability of material and technical base;
6) Price offers;
7) Copies of corporate income tax declarations for the 2 (two) years preceding the tender. If there are losses in tax accounting for the previous two years, the participant must provide justification for the proposed price (for procurement of goods/services that are the subject of international business operations).
Package 3: Other documentation
1) Product description, delivery conditions, terms.
The bank's tender commission reserves the right not to disclose any information regarding the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential suppliers or any other persons not officially involved in reviewing, evaluating, and comparing tender submissions.
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notification to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications, stating the cancellation or postponement and the new date.
Potential suppliers have the right to modify or withdraw their applications before the deadline for tender submission.
