Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!

JSC 'Nurbank' announces the opening of a tender for the procurement of antivirus software for ATMs and terminals, and invites potential suppliers to participate in the open tender that will take place on May 12, 2022 at the JSC 'Nurbank' building, located at: Almaty, Abay Ave, 10 "B", office No. 310. 

Document collection until: 11-05-2022 12:00, at the address: Almaty, Abay Ave, 10 'B', office No. 204           

Legal entities (potential service providers) are eligible for the tender if, by the time of the tender, they meet the following criteria:

1. The selection criteria for potential participants specified in Appendix No. 4.
2. The technical specifications and description of software products presented in Appendix No. 5.

Evaluation criteria for tender applications:

• compliance of the potential supplier with the above requirements;
• compliance of the tender application with the technical specifications of the tender documentation;
• proposed price;
• payment terms;
• delivery time for licenses.

To participate in the tender, the following packages of documents must be submitted:

Package 1: Legal documentation

1) application for participation in the tender;

2) notarized copies of founding documents, certificates of registration/re-registration of a legal entity (Articles of association, certificate of VAT registration);

3) copies of the license (original for verification) for conducting certain licensed activities by the state (if the activities related to the procured goods/works/services require a license);

4) a notarized copy of the document identifying the authorized person — representative of the supplier;

5) power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person for participation in the Tender; 

Package 2: Financial documentation

1) price proposals (1, 3, 5 years);

2) an original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's bank details and absence of overdue debt;

3) copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, stamped by the legal entity; tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, stamped if available;

4) an original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's registration place confirming no tax debts;

5) information on the availability of material and technical base;

6) confirmation of the agreement to conduct mutual settlements for deliveries under the Agreement through a bank account in JSC 'Nurbank'. 

The potential supplier bears all costs associated with the preparation and submission of its tender application, and the Bank and the tender commission are not responsible or liable for these costs, regardless of the nature and outcome of the tender.

We note that the Bank's Tender Commission has the right not to disclose information related to the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person officially not involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.

JSC 'Nurbank' has the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notification to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications, about the cancellation of the tender or its postponement with indication of the new date of occurrence.

A potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw its application before the deadline for tender applications submission.

The tender will be conducted with the participation of the authorized representative  of the potential service provider or without if the authorized person does not participate in the tender.
