Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!
Nurbank JSC announces an open tender for the procurement of a vulnerability scanner license and invites potential suppliers to participate in the open tender to be held on May 5, 2022 at Nurbank JSC's building, at the address: 10V Abay Ave., Office No. 310, Almaty.
Document submission until 12:00 on 04.05.2022 at the address: 10V Abay Ave., Office No. 204 (registry), Almaty
Legal entities (potential service providers) are invited to participate in the tender, which at the time of the tender must meet the following requirements:
Technical specifications and product descriptions are available in Appendix No. 5.
Criteria for evaluating tender applications:
To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be provided:
Package 1: Legal documentation
1) application for tender participation
2) notarized copies of the constituent documents, registration/resubmission certificate of a legal entity (Charter, Value Added Tax registration certificate)
3) copies of the license (original for reference) for certain state-licensed activities (if the purchased goods/works/services are subject to licensing)
4) notarized copy of a document verifying the identity of the authorized representative of the supplier
5) supplier's power of attorney to the authorized person for Tender participation
Package 2: Financial documentation
1) price proposals (1,3,5 years)
2) original bank statement confirming the bank details of the applicant, absence of overdue debt to the bank
3) copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, endorsed by the legal entity's stamp, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, endorsed by a stamp if available
4) original tax committee certificate at the supplier registration location stating no tax payment debt
5) information on the availability of material and technical facilities
6) confirmation of consent for settlements under the Agreement to be made through a settlement account at Nurbank JSC
Package 3: Other documentation
1) Technical specifications, delivery terms, timelines.
2) for potential suppliers, the presence of an authorization letter from the manufacturer companies:
3) Presence of a service center or service partner for warranty maintenance of the supplied equipment in Almaty or in the regions where the hardware-software complex is supplied (provide information specifying the name, address, contact details).
4) Equipment must be supplied from a serial production line, tested at manufacturer's factories. All components specified in the assignment are included in the assembly.
5) Potential supplier must have operated in the market for at least 2 years.
6) Delivery must be made all at once and in full volume at the Customer's address.
7) The potential Supplier bears all costs related to the preparation and submission of their tender application, and the Bank and the tender commission are not responsible or liable for these costs, regardless of the nature of the tender and its results.
Note, the Bank's Tender Commission reserves the right not to disclose information related to the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
Nurbank JSC reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notification to potential suppliers who have submitted tender applications about the cancellation of the tender or its postponement, specifying the new date.
A potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw their application before the final deadline for submission of tender applications.
The tender will be held with or without the participation of an authorized representative of the potential service provider, should the authorized individual not partake in the tender.
