JSC "Nurbank" announces a public tender for the purchase of A4 office paper for the Head Bank and branches for 2022.
A supply contract will be concluded with the company offering the best conditions based on the tender results.

Main requirements for suppliers:
To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be provided:
Package 1: Legal documentation
1) Tender participation application in the prescribed form;
2) Notarized copies of founding documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of the legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);
3) Copies of the license (original for verification) for conducting state-licensed activities, if applicable;
4) Notarized copy of the document verifying the identity of the authorized supplier's representative;
5) Supplier's power of attorney to the authorized person to participate in the tender;
Package 2: Financial documentation
1) Original bank statement confirming the contender's banking details and absence of overdue debt;
2) Copies of financial reports for one year for legal entities, sealed with the company's stamp, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, sealed if available;
3) Original Tax Committee certificate at the supplier’s registration place regarding no tax payment arrears;
4) Copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs previously cooperating with the supplier, containing assessments of cooperation experience, including timeliness and completion of obligations (if any);
5) Information about the material and technical base availability;
6) Price proposals;
7) Copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for the two years preceding the tender. In case of tax losses over the last two years, the participant must justify the proposed goods/service price (for purchases subject to international business operations).
Package 3: Other documentation
1) Product specification, delivery conditions, and terms.
2) The potential supplier bears all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the tender application, and the Bank and the tender committee are not responsible for these costs, irrespective of the tender's nature and results.
Note that the Bank's tender committee reserves the right not to disclose information regarding the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service suppliers or other persons not officially involved in the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with a written notification to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications, indicating the cancellation or new date.
A potential supplier has the right to change or withdraw their application before the final submission deadline.
