Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!
Nurbank JSC announces an open tender for the selection of a supplier of consumables for printers, MFPs, copying and duplicating equipment, as well as repair and maintenance services at Nurbank JSC, and invites potential suppliers to participate.
Tender type: open:
Tender start: 02/24/2022 at 14:30, at Abay Ave. 10B, 3rd floor, 310 large conference room;
End of bidding: 16:30;
Submission of packages and proposals until 12:00 (inclusive) on 02/23/2022 at Abay Ave. 10B, room 204 office.
The names of the goods/services being procured are given in Appendix Lot No. 1 Technical Specification for Purchase, Appendix Lot No. 2 Technical Specification for Purchase.
Potential suppliers who meet the criteria set out in Appendix No. 2 Supplier Requirements are eligible to participate in the tender.
To participate in the tender, the supplier must attach the following documents to the application in electronic form:
Legal documentation
1) founding documents, certificates of registration/re-registration of a legal entity (Charter, certificate of registration for VAT);
2) licenses for activities that require state licensing (if the activities for the purchased goods/works/services are subject to licensing).
Financial documentation
1) an original reference from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's bank details and the absence of overdue debts to the bank;
2) financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by entity's seal, tax returns for individual entrepreneurs, certified by seal if available;
3) an original reference from the Tax Committee at the supplier's place of registration confirming the absence of tax arrears;
4) a corporate income tax return for the 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. If there are losses in tax reporting for the previous two years, the participant must provide a justification for the price of the proposed goods/services (for purchases of goods/works/services that subsequently become the subject of an international business operation).
Other documentation
1) recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who have previously cooperated with the supplier, containing assessments and characteristics of the cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligations fulfillment, and so on (if available);
2) other documentation that the Supplier considers necessary to attach to this tender.
In case of signing a Contract, the following documents must be submitted to the Bank:
The Supplier bears all expenses related to the preparation and submission of its tender application, and neither the Bank nor the tender commission is responsible or liable for these expenses, regardless of the conduct and results of the tender.
Please note that the Bank's Tender Commission is entitled not to disclose information related to the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service suppliers or any other person not officially involved in the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
Nurbank JSC reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender by notifying potential suppliers who have submitted tender applications in writing about the cancellation or postponement with a new date specified.
A potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw its application before the final submission deadline.
