JSC 'Nurbank' announces a tender for the open procurement of A4 office paper for the Head Office and branches for 2021.

Main requirements for suppliers:
To participate in the tender, the following document packages are required:
Package 1: Legal documentation
1) application to participate in the tender in the prescribed form;
2) notarized copies of constituent documents, registration/re-registration certificate of the legal entity (Charter, certificate of VAT registration);
3) copies of licenses (original for verification) for state-licensed activities (if required for the purchased goods/works/services);
4) notarized copy of the identity document of the supplier's authorized representative;
5) supplier's power of attorney to the authorized person to participate in the Tender;
Package 2: Financial documentation
1) original bank statement, confirming bank details of the applicant, absence of overdue debt to the bank;
2) copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, stamped by the legal entity, tax returns for individual entrepreneurs, stamped if available;
3) original Tax Committee statement at the supplier's registration place about the absence of tax debt;
4) copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs, previously cooperating with the supplier, containing assessments and characteristics of cooperation experience, including timeliness, completeness of obligations, etc. (if available);
5) information about the availability of material and technical base;
6) price proposals;
7) copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for 2 years preceding the Tender. In case of losses in tax accounting for the preceding two years, the participant must provide justification for the proposed goods/services price (for procurements subsequently being international business operations).
Package 3: Other documentation
1) product specifications, delivery conditions, terms.
2) the potential Supplier bears all expenses related to the preparation and submission of its tender application, and the Bank and the tender commission is not responsible and does not bear obligations for these expenses, regardless of the nature of the conduct and results of the tender.
We note that the Bank's Tender Commission has the right not to disclose information related to the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in reviewing, evaluating, and comparing tender applications.
JSC 'Nurbank' reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender by notifying the potential suppliers who submitted tender applications in writing about the cancellation or postponement, specifying the new date.
A potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw its application before the final submission deadline.
