Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!

JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for selecting a supplier of consumable materials for copiers and duplicating equipment, as well as maintenance services for such equipment at JSC "Nurbank". We invite potential suppliers to participate.

Tender type: open.

Start of tender: 21.01.2021 at 14:30, at the address: st. Abay 10V, 3rd floor, 310 large conference hall;

End of trading: 16:30;

Submission of packages and proposals until 12:00 (inclusive) 20.01.2021 at the address: st. Abay 10V, office 204 chancellery.

The names of the goods/services being procured are listed in Appendix No.1.

Potential suppliers meeting the criteria outlined in Appendix No.2 are eligible for the tender.

To participate in the tender, the supplier needs to attach the following documents electronically to the application:

Legal documentation

1) Constituent documents, certificates of registration/re-registration of a legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);

2) Licenses for activities requiring state licensing (if the activities related to the procured goods/works/services are subject to licensing);

Financial documentation

1) Original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's bank details and the absence of overdue debts to the bank;

2) Financial statements for legal entities for one year, stamped by the legal entity, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, stamped if available;

3) Original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's registration location confirming the absence of tax debts;

4) Corporate income tax declaration for the two years preceding the tender. If there are losses in tax accounting for the preceding two years, the participant must provide justification for the price of the offered goods/services (for procurement of goods/works/services that subsequently will be an international business transaction).

Other documentation

1) Recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs that previously cooperated with the supplier, containing evaluations and characteristics of the cooperation experience, including timeliness, completeness of obligations, etc. (if available);

2) Other documentation that the Supplier deems necessary to attach to this tender.

In case of concluding a Contract, the following documents must be presented to the Bank:

• Notarized copies of constituent documents, Order for the first manager, certificates of registration/re-registration of the legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);
• Original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's bank details and the absence of overdue debts to the bank;
• Original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's registration location confirming the absence of tax debts;

The supplier bears all costs related to the preparation and submission of their tender application, and the Bank and the tender commission do not bear responsibility for these costs, regardless of the nature of the conduct and results of the tender.

Note that the Bank's Tender Commission has the right not to disclose information regarding the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person officially not involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.

JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender, notifying potential suppliers who submitted tender applications in writing about the cancellation or postponement, indicating the new date.

A potential supplier has the right to change or withdraw their application before the final deadline for submitting tender applications.
