Dear ladies and gentlemen!
JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the selection of a supplier of cash consumables for cash processing and invites potential suppliers to participate in the tender, which will be held on February 16, 2017, at 14:30 at the building of JSC "Nurbank", located at: Almaty, Abai Ave. 10B.
Tender type: open.
Tender start: February 16, 2017, at 14:30 at the building of JSC "Nurbank", address: Almaty, Abai Ave. 10B, 3rd floor, room 310, large conference hall;
Tender end: February 16, 2017, at 16:00.
Proposal submission deadline: February 14, 2017, at 13:00, address: Almaty, Abai Ave. 10B.
Potential suppliers meeting the criteria outlined in Appendix #2 are allowed to participate in the tender.
The technical specification is provided in Appendix #1.
Provide recommendation letters from financial institutions if available.
To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be provided:
Package 1: Legal documentation
1) an application for participation in the tender in the established form, according to Appendix #3 to this letter;
2) notarized copies of constituent documents, certificates of registration/re-registration of a legal entity (Statute, certificate of VAT registration);
3) copies of the license (original for verification) for conducting any specific activity licensed by the state (if the activity on purchased goods/works/services is subject to licensing);
4) a notarized copy of the document certifying the identity of the authorized person's representative of the supplier;
5) power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person for participation in the Tender;
Package 2: Financial documentation
1) price proposals;
2) completed questionnaires of a legal entity according to the Internal Control Rules for the purpose of combating money laundering and financing of terrorism in JSC "Nurbank";
3) an original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the bank details of the applicant and the absence of overdue debts of the applicant to the bank;
4) copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the seal of the legal entity, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified by a seal if available;
5) an original certificate from the Tax Committee at the place of registration of the supplier about the absence of tax payment debts;
6) copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who have previously cooperated with the supplier, containing evaluations and characteristics of cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligations fulfillment, etc. (if available);
7) information on the availability of material and technical base;
8) information on the registration of the applicant on the ETP (if available);
9) copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. In the presence of losses in tax accounting for the previous two years, the participant must provide justification of the price of the offered goods/services (for procurement of goods/works/services that subsequently are the subject of an international business operation).
Package 3: Other documentation
1) technical specifications, delivery terms, deadlines.
2) for potential suppliers: Consent to fulfill the "Additional Requirements to the Contract" of the Technical Specification;
3) documents confirming the period of operation of the potential supplier in the market of cash consumables for at least 1 (one) year;
4) if available, provide recommendations for large successful projects in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5) delivery terms;
6) the potential Supplier bears all costs related to the preparation and submission of its tender application, and the Bank and the tender commission do not answer or bear obligations for these expenses, regardless of the nature of the conduction and results of the tender.
We note that the Bank's Tender Commission reserves the right not to disclose information regarding the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service suppliers or any other person officially not participating in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with a written notification of potential suppliers who submitted tender applications about the cancellation or postponement of the tender with the indication of a new date.
A potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw their application before the deadline for submitting tender applications.
The tender will be held with the participation of an authorized person of the potential service supplier or without such if the authorized person does not participate in the tender.
