Nur Bank JSC announces an open tender to select a service provider for extending standard technical support for Oracle software:
and invites potential suppliers to participate in the tender, which will be held on June 23, 2016, at 14:30 in the building of Nur Bank JSC, at the address: 10V Abai Avenue.

The following document packages are required to participate in the tender:
Package 1: Legal Documentation
1) Application for participation in the tender in the prescribed form, according to Appendix #2;
2) Notarized copies of founding documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of a legal entity (Charter, certificate of registration for VAT purposes);
4) Notarized copy of the document identifying the authorized representative of the supplier;
5) Power of attorney for the supplier's authorized representative to participate in the Tender;
Package 2: Financial Documentation
1) Completed legal entity questionnaires according to the Internal Control Rules for Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing at Nur Bank JSC;
2) Original letter from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's banking details and the absence of outstanding debts to the bank;
3) Copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the legal entity, tax returns for individual entrepreneurs, certified by stamp if available;
4) Original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's registration location confirming no tax debts;
5) Copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who have previously cooperated with the supplier, containing assessments and characteristics of cooperation experience, including timeliness, fulfillment of obligations, etc. (if available);
6) Information about the availability of material and technical base;
7) Price proposals for standard support and the provision of additional technical consulting services;
8) Information on the applicant's registration on an electronic trading platform (if available);
9) Copies of Corporate Income Tax Returns for 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. In the presence of losses in the tax accounting for the previous two years, the participant must provide justification for the proposed good/service price (for the procurement of goods/works/services that subsequently become the subject of an international business operation).
Package 3: Other Documentation
We note that the Tender Committee of the Bank has the right not to disclose information concerning the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
Nur Bank JSC reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender by notifying potential suppliers who have submitted tender applications of the cancellation or postponement, indicating the new date of the event.
A potential supplier is entitled to modify or withdraw its application before the final deadline for submission of tender applications.
The tender will be conducted with or without the participation of the authorized representative of the potential service provider, if the representative will not be present at the tender.
