Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!
Nurbank JSC announces an open tender for selecting a supplier for providing technical support services for IBM company equipment and system software as specified in Appendix No. 1 to this announcement and invites potential suppliers to participate in the open tender to be held on September 25, 2015, at 2:30 PM at the building of Nurbank JSC, at the address: 10V Abay Ave., office No. 310, Almaty.
Document collection: until 23-09-2015 by 5:00 PM, at the address: 10V Abay Ave., office No. 204;
Potential suppliers meeting the criteria outlined in Appendix No. 4 'Selection Criteria' to this announcement are eligible to participate in the tender.
The technical specification is provided in Appendix No. 1 'Technical Specification for IBM p750 Equipment and IBM Storwize v7000' to this announcement.
To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be provided.
Package 1: Tender Documentation
1) Pricing proposals;
2) Application for participation in the tender in the established form according to Appendix No. 2 to this announcement and may be drawn up and submitted in the state or Russian languages; the tender application must not contain visible corrections;
3) Notarized copies of founding documents: certificate of state registration/re-registration of a legal entity (Charter, certificate of VAT registration, decision of the Authorized body of the Counterparty on the appointment of the first leader);
4) Copies of licenses (original for verification) to conduct any state-licensed activity (if the activity on purchased goods/works/services is subject to licensing);
5) Notarized copy of the document identifying the authorized person – representative of the supplier;
6) Supplier's power of attorney to the authorized person for participation in the Tender.
7) Completed legal entity questionnaires according to the Internal Control Rules for combating money laundering and financing terrorism in Nurbank JSC according to Appendix No. 3 to this announcement;
8) Original bank statement confirming the applicant's banking details, absence of overdue debt to the bank, and absence of restrictions on the disposition of funds;
9) Copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the legal entity's seal; tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified by a seal, if available;
10) Original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's registration place about the absence of tax payment debt;
11) Copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs previously cooperating with the supplier, containing assessments and characteristics of cooperation experience including timeliness, fulfillment completeness, etc. (if available);
12) Information on the availability of technical and material resources;
13) Information on the registration of the applicant on ETP (if available);
14) Copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. If there are losses in the tax accounting for the previous two years, the participant needs to provide justification for the price of the offered goods/services (for the procurement of goods/works/services, which subsequently become the subject of an international business operation).
Package 2: Other Documentation:
1) Authorization letter from the equipment manufacturer and IBM system software company for the provision of IBM equipment technical support services;
2) Warranty letter from the potential supplier stating that services will be provided jointly with IBM;
3) Information on the number of certified specialists (copies of specialist certificates) for IBM equipment;
4) List of proposed goods/services, the order, and terms of the proposed goods/services.
The Potential Supplier bears all costs associated with the preparation and submission of their tender application, and the Bank and the tender committee do not assume any responsibility for these costs, regardless of the nature and outcome of the tender.
We note that the Bank's Tender Committee is entitled not to disclose information regarding the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential suppliers of goods/services or any other person not officially participating in the consideration and evaluation of tender applications.
Nurbank JSC reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with a notification to the potential suppliers who submitted tender applications about the cancellation or postponement, stating the new date of the tender on the Bank's website www.nurbank.kz.
The potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw their application before the expiration of the final tender application submission deadline.
The tender will be held with or without the participation of the authorized representative of the potential service provider if the authorized person does not participate in the tender.
