Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!

Nurbank JSC announces an open tender for selecting a supplier to provide technical support services for IBM equipment and system software as specified in Appendix № 1 to this announcement, and invites potential suppliers to participate in the open tender, which will take place on July 2, 2015 at 14:30 at the Nurbank JSC building, located at: 10B Abay Avenue, Almaty, office № 310.

Document collection: until 01-07-2015 by 17:00, at 10B Abay Avenue, office №204;

Potential suppliers who meet the criteria set forth in Appendix №4 "Selection Criteria" to this announcement are allowed to participate in the tender.

The technical specification is provided in Appendix №1 "Technical Specification for IBM p750 equipment and IBM Storwize v7000" to this announcement.

The following document packages are required to participate in the tender.

Package 1: Tender documentation

1) Price proposals;

2) Application for participation in the tender in the prescribed form according to Appendix №2 to this announcement can be drawn up and submitted in the state or Russian languages, the tender application should not contain visible traces of correction;

3) Notarized copies of the founding documents: certificate of state registration/re-registration of a legal entity (Charter, certificate of registration for VAT, decision of the contracting party's authorized body to appoint the first executive);

4) Copies of the license (original for verification) to conduct certain state-licensed activities (if the activity for purchased goods/works/services is subject to licensing);

5) Notarized copy of the document identifying the authorized representative of the supplier;

6) Power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person for participation in the tender.

7) Completed legal entity questionnaires according to the internal control rules aimed at countering the legalization (laundering) of illegally obtained incomes and financing of terrorism in Nurbank JSC according to Appendix № 3 to this announcement;

8) Original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's bank details, the absence of overdue debt to the bank, and the absence of restrictions on the disposal of funds;

9) Copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, stamped by the legal entity, tax returns for individual entrepreneurs, stamped if applicable;

10) Original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's registration place confirming the absence of tax debt;

11) Copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who previously cooperated with the supplier, containing assessments and characteristics of the cooperation experience, including timeliness, completeness of obligations fulfillment, and other aspects (if available);

12) Information about the availability of material and technical resources;

13) Information about the applicant's registration on the electronic trading platform (if available);

14) Copies of corporate income tax declarations for two (2) years preceding the tender. If there are tax losses in the previous two years, the participant must provide justification for the proposed product/service price (for the procurement of goods/works/services that are subsequently the subject of international business transactions).

Package 2: Other documentation:

1) Authorization letter from the manufacturer of the equipment and system software company IBM to provide technical support services for IBM equipment;

2) Warranty letter from the potential supplier that the services will be provided jointly with IBM;

3) Information on the number of certified specialists (copies of specialists' certificates) for IBM equipment;

4) List of proposed goods/services, order and terms of proposed goods/services.

The Potential supplier bears all expenses associated with preparing and submitting their tender application, while the Bank and the tender committee are not responsible for or obligated by these expenses, regardless of the nature and results of the tender.

We note that the Bank's Tender Committee is entitled not to disclose information regarding the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential suppliers of goods/services or any other person not officially involved in the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.

Nurbank JSC reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender, informing potential suppliers who have submitted tender applications of the cancellation or postponement, indicating the new date on the Bank's website www.nurbank.kz.

A potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw their application before the final submission deadline of tender applications.

The tender will be held with the participation of an authorized representative of the potential service supplier or without such if the authorized representative does not participate in the tender.
