Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the procurement of telecommunications equipment for the following three lots:
and invites potential suppliers to participate in the tender, which will be held on September 18, 2014, at 14:30 at the building of JSC "Nurbank" located at 51-53 Abilay Khan Ave., 5th floor, conference room 500.
Tender type: open:
Tender start: 18-09-2014 14:30 at 51-53 Abilay Khan Ave., 5th floor, large conference hall;
Tender end: 18-09-2014 16:30;
Proposals application deadline: 17-09-2014 17:00 at 51-53 Abilay Khan Ave.;
Potential suppliers eligible for the tender must meet the criteria outlined in Appendix No. 4.
The technical specifications and requirements are provided in Appendix No. 1.
The following document packages are needed to participate in the tender:
Package 1: Legal Documentation
1) Application form for tender participation according to the established form in Appendix No. 2 (in Kazakh/Russian languages);
2) Notarized copies of constituent documents, registration/re-registration certificate of the legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);
3) Copies of licenses (original for verification) if applicable;
4) Notarized copy of the ID of the authorized representative of the supplier;
5) Supplier authorization document for the representative to attend the Tender;
Package 2: Financial Documentation
1) Pricing proposals;
2) Completed legal entity questionnaires;
3) Original bank reference confirming bank details and absence of overdue debts;
4) Copies of financial statements for one year, tax returns for individual entrepreneurs (if applicable);
5) Tax Committee's confirmation of no tax arrears;
6) Recommendations and reviews from previous business partners (if available);
7) Information on the availability of material and technical base;
8) Information on registration at the electronic trading platform (if available);
9) Copies of corporate income tax declarations for the previous two years with justification for offered prices (if applicable);
Package 3: Other Documentation
1) Technical specifications, conditions of supply, terms;
2) Authorization from manufacturing companies:
3) Documents confirming the presence of a service center or partner for warranty services in Almaty or regions of delivery;
4) Confirmation that equipment supplied belongs to the serially produced range of leading manufacturers (Brand name);
5) Documents proving operation of the supplier in the server and network equipment market for at least 2 years;
6) Provide major successful projects in Kazakhstan, if available;
7) Delivery in one complete shipment to the Customer's address is required.
The Supplier bears all costs related to the preparation and submission of their tender application, and the Bank and tender commission are not liable for such costs, regardless of the conduct or the outcome of the tender.
The Bank's Tender Commission reserves the right to withhold information regarding the examination, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications from the suppliers or any unauthorized persons.
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or delay the tender with written notice to all potential suppliers who submitted applications, specifying the new date.
The Supplier has the right to modify or withdraw their application before the deadline for submission.
The tender will be conducted with or without the authorized representative of the potential supplier.
