AО "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the acquisition of a Diesel Generator Set for the Head Office and invites potential suppliers to participate in the equipment supply tender, which will take place on 07.08.2014 at 14:30 at the building of AО "Nurbank", located at: 51/53 Abylai Khan Ave., Almaty, 5th floor, large conference hall.

Tender applications, sealed in envelopes, should be submitted to AО "Nurbank" at the address: 51-53 Abylai Khan Ave., Almaty.

Potential service providers who meet the criteria outlined in Appendix No. 4 to this letter are eligible to participate in the tender.

To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be provided:

Package 1: Legal Documentation

1) Application for participation in the tender in the established form, according to Appendix No. 2;

2) Notarized copies of the founding documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of the legal entity (Charter, certificate of registration for VAT);

1. Copies of licenses (original for verification) for the conduct of certain activities licensed by the state (if the activity regarding the goods/works/services being purchased is subject to licensing);

4) Notarized copy of the document certifying the identity of the authorized representative of the supplier;

5) Power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person for participation in the Tender;

Package 2: Financial Documentation

1) Completed legal entity questionnaires in accordance with the Internal Control Rules for countering the legalization (laundering) of illegally obtained income and financing of terrorism in AО "Nurbank";

2) Original bank statement from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's bank details, the absence of overdue debt to the bank;

3) Copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the seal of the legal entity, tax returns for individual entrepreneurs, certified by a seal if available;

4) Original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's registration location confirming the absence of tax payment debt;

5) Copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs that previously collaborated with the supplier, containing evaluations and characteristics of the cooperation experience, including timeliness, completeness of obligations fulfillment, and more (if available);

6) Information on the availability of a material and technical base;

7) Pricing proposals;

8) Availability of registration information on the electronic trading platform (if available);

9) Copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. In case of losses in tax accounting for the preceding two years, the participant must provide justification for the proposed product/service price (for the procurement of goods/works/services that subsequently are the subject of an international business transaction).
