JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the procurement of queue management systems and services for supply and installation for the Bank's branches in the cities of: Aktau, Astana, Atyrau, Karaganda, Kostanay, Pavlodar, Petropavl, Uralsk, Shymkent.
To participate in the tender, the following documents are required:
1. Application for participation in the tender in the prescribed form, according to Appendix 1 to this letter in Russian/Kazakh languages.
The application for participation in the Tender must meet the following criteria:
1) the applicant indicates the main conditions required for the conclusion of the Agreement/PS: name of the product/work/service, quality, technical characteristics of the product/work/service, price, quantity, delivery time of the product/performance of work/provision of services, delivery conditions of the product/performance of work/provision of services and payment terms;
2) the original application must be printed or written in indelible ink. The tender application is submitted by the applicant in a stitched manner, with numbered pages, the last page is certified by the signature of the authorized person of the applicant and the seal (if available) and may be sealed in a separate envelope from other tender documentation;
3) tender applications can be compiled and submitted in the state or Russian languages, and the tender application should not contain visible traces of correction.
2. Notarized copies of incorporation documents, certificate of registration/reregistration of a legal entity, or certificate of registration of an individual entrepreneur;
3. Copies of the license (original for verification) for conducting certain activities licensed by the state (if activities related to procured goods/works/services are subject to licensing);
4. Original bank statement from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's banking details, the absence of overdue debts towards the bank by the applicant, and no restrictions on fund management;
5. Copies of financial statements for legal entities for 2013, certified by the seal of the legal entity, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified by the seal if available;
6. Original tax committee certificate from the place of registration of the applicant regarding the absence of tax payment debts;
7. Copies of recommendations and feedback from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who have previously worked with the applicant, containing assessments and characteristics of cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligation fulfillment, and more (if available);
8. Information about the availability of material and technical base (if available);
9. Notarized copy of the identity document of the authorized representative of the applicant;
10. Power of attorney from the applicant to the authorized person for participation in the Tender;
11. Price proposals;
12. Copies of corporate income tax declarations for the 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. If there are tax accounting losses for the two preceding years, the participant needs to provide a justification for the price of the proposed product/service (for procurement of goods/works/services that later become the subject of an international business transaction);
13. Completed questionnaires of a legal entity, individual entrepreneur, in the prescribed form according to Appendices 2-1, 3.
14. Conditions for delivery, warranty service, timing, cost of technical maintenance.
15. Completed questionnaire on equipment/services compliance with customer requirements.
16. Provide presentation material and conduct a presentation for Bank employees (duration 15-20 minutes).

Delivery/installation time: no more than 95 calendar days from the contract date
Warranty period: no less than 12 months
A supplier is admitted to the tender if:
1. complies with the above-listed criteria;
2. has service points/stations for warranty and service maintenance in all cities that are delivery locations for equipment;
3. supplies procured equipment/installation and setup services at the lowest price;
4. supplies procured equipment/installation and setup services in minimum timeframes;
5. supplies necessary equipment without additional charges for delivery to Bank branches;
6. has authorization letters and certificates from equipment manufacturers or recommendation letters from distributors.
Representatives of potential suppliers may be present at the opening of tenders, provided they confirm their powers.
