JSC "Nurbank" announces that in accordance with the decision of the tender commission of JSC "Nurbank", the open tender for the procurement of server equipment based on Intel processors (LOT № 1), Hitachi storage units (LOT № 2), and VMware software licenses (LOT № 3), which was held on June 5, 2014 at 10:00 at the JSC "Nurbank" building, is to be considered non-conducted, and invites potential suppliers to participate in the repeated tender to be held on June 16, 2014 at 18:00 at the JSC "Nurbank" building, address: Abay Khan Ave 51–53, 5th floor, 500 conference room.
Tender Type: Open:
Tender Start: 16-06-2014 at 18:00, at the address: Abay Khan Ave 51–53, 5th floor, large conference room;
Tender End: 16-06-2014 at 20:00;
Proposal Submission Deadline: 15-06-2014 at 12:00, at the address: Abay Khan Ave 51–53;
Potential suppliers who meet the criteria outlined in Appendix № 4 are eligible to participate in the tender.
Technical specifications and software product descriptions are provided in Appendix № 1.
The following packets of documents must be submitted to participate in the tender:
Packet 1: Legal Documentation
1) Application to participate in the tender in the prescribed form, according to Appendix № 2 to this letter in Kazakh/Russian languages;
2) Notarized copies of founding documents, certificate of registration/reregistration of a legal entity (Charter, certificate of tax registration for value-added tax);
3) Copies of licenses (original for verification) for conducting state-licensed activities (if activities regarding procured goods/works/services require licensing);
4) Notarized copy of a document confirming the identity of the authorized representative of the supplier;
5) Supplier's power of attorney to the authorized representative for participation in the Tender;
Packet 2: Financial Documentation
1) Price proposals;
2) Completed legal entity questionnaires according to the internal control rules for countering the legalization (laundering) of illegally obtained income and terrorism financing at JSC "Nurbank";
3) Original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the banking details of the applicant, the absence of overdue debts of the applicant to the bank;
4) Copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, stamped by the legal entity, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, stamped if available;
5) Original certificate from the Tax Committee at the registration place of the supplier about the absence of tax payment debts;
6) Copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs previously cooperating with the supplier, containing reviews and characteristics of the cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligation fulfillment, etc. (if available);
7) Information on the availability of a material and technical base;
8) Availability of information about the registration of an applicant on an ETP (if available);
9) Copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. In case of a tax loss for the previous two years, the participant must provide justification for the proposed product/service price (for the procurement of goods/works/services that subsequently become the subject of an international business operation).
Packet 3: Other Documentation
1) Technical specifications, delivery conditions, terms.
2) For potential suppliers, availability of an authorization document from manufacturer companies:
in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3) Documents confirming the presence of a service center or service partner for warranty service of the supplied equipment in Almaty or in regions where server equipment delivery is made. (provide information specifying the name, address, contact details).
4) Document confirming that the equipment is supplied from serial production lines of servers from leading world manufacturers (Brand name), tested at the manufacturer's plants. All components specified in the assignment are included in the assembly.
5) The equipment to be supplied must have certification from VMware.
6) Documents confirming the potential supplier's operation in the server and network equipment market for at least 2 years.
7) If available, provide recommendations for large successful projects in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
8) The delivery must be made once and in full at the Customer's address.
9) The potential Supplier bears all expenses associated with the preparation and submission of its tender application, and the Bank and the tender commission are not responsible and do not have obligations for these expenses, regardless of the nature of the tender and its results.
We note on our part that the Bank's Tender Commission has the right not to disclose information regarding the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially participating in the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notification to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications, about the tender cancellation or postponement with an indication of the new date of the event.
The potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw its application before the final deadline for the submission of tender applications.
The tender will be conducted in the presence of an authorized representative of the potential service provider or without one if the authorized representative does not participate in the tender.
