Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!
JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the procurement of server equipment based on Intel processors (LOT №1), Hitachi disk shelves (LOT №2), and VMware software licenses (LOT №3), and invites potential suppliers to participate in the tender on June 5, 2014 at 10:00 AM at the building of JSC "Nurbank", located at: 51-53 Abylai Khan Ave., 5th floor, 500 Conference Hall.

Tender end: 5-06-2014 12:00 PM;
Proposal submission deadline: 4-06-2014 12:00 PM, at: 51-53 Abylai Khan Ave.;
Potential suppliers meeting the criteria outlined in Appendix №4 are eligible to participate in the tender. Technical specifications and software product descriptions are specified in Appendix №1.
To participate in the tender, please provide the following document packages:
Package 1: Legal documentation
1) Application for participation in the tender according to the established form, as per Appendix №2 to this letter in Kazakh/Russian languages;
2) Notarized copies of the founding documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of a legal entity (Charter, certificate of registration for VAT);
3) Copies of the license (original for verification) to conduct certain activities that require state licensing (if the goods/work/services being procured are subject to licensing);
4) Notarized copy of the identity document of the authorized person – supplier’s representative;
5) Power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person to participate in the tender;
Package 2: Financial documentation
1) Price proposals;
2) Completed questionnaires of the legal entity according to the internal control rules aimed at combating the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and financing of terrorism in JSC "Nurbank";
3) Original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the banking details of the applicant, absence of overdue debts of the applicant to the bank;
4) Copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the legal entity’s seal, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified with a seal if available;
5) Original certificate from the Tax Committee at the place of registration of the supplier about the absence of tax debts;
6) Copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who previously collaborated with the supplier, containing evaluations and characteristics of cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligations fulfillment and other (if available);
7) Information on the availability of material and technical base;
8) Information on the registration of the applicant on the ETP (if available);
9) Copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for the 2 (two) years preceding the tender. In case of tax losses over the previous two years, the participant must provide a justification of the price of the proposed goods/services (on procurement of goods/works/services which subsequently become the subject of the international business operation).
Package 3: Other documentation
1) Technical specifications, supply conditions, deadlines.
2) For potential suppliers, availability of authorization documents from manufacturers:
in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3) Documents confirming the presence of a service center or service partner for warranty maintenance of the supplied equipment in the city of Almaty or in the regions where server equipment is supplied. (Provide information indicating name, address, contact details).
4) Document confirming that the equipment is supplied from a serially manufactured line of servers from leading global manufacturers (Brand name), tested at the manufacturer’s factories. All components specified in the assignment are included in the assembly.
5) The supplied equipment must be certified by VMware.
6) Documents confirming the period of operation of the potential supplier in the market of server and network equipment for at least 2 years.
7) If available, provide recommendations on large successful projects in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
8) The delivery must be made at one time and in full to the customer's address.
9) The potential supplier bears all expenses related to the preparation and submission of its tender application, and the Bank and the tender commission do not assume any obligation for these expenses, regardless of the conduct and outcome of the tender.
We emphasize that the Bank’s Tender Commission has the right not to disclose information regarding the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service suppliers or any other person not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notification to potential suppliers who have submitted tender applications about the cancellation or postponement, specifying the new date.
A potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw its application before the deadline for submitting tender applications.
The tender will proceed with the participation of an authorized representative of the potential service supplier or without, if the authorized person will not participate in the tender.
