Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!
JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the procurement of an upgrade kit for IBM server equipment (IBM Power 750 server model 8233-E8B), services for its installation and setup, and invites potential suppliers to participate in the tender, which will take place on February 13, 2014, at 16:00 in the building of JSC "Nurbank", located at: Ave. Abai Khan 51-53, 5th floor, 500 conference hall.
Applications for participation in the tender, sealed in envelopes, must be submitted to JSC "Nurbank" at the address: Ave. Abai Khan 51/53, Almaty.
Potential service suppliers who meet the criteria outlined in Appendix No. 4 of this letter are eligible to participate in the tender.

The following document packages are required for participation in the tender:
Package 1: Legal Documentation
1) application for participation in the tender in the established form, according to Appendix No. 2 of this letter, in Kazakh or Russian;
2) notarized copies of founding documents, registration/re-registration certificate of the legal entity (Charter, certificate of VAT registration);
3) copies of licenses (original for verification) for carrying out state-licensed activities (if the activities related to the procured goods/works/services require licensing);
4) notarized copy of the identity document of the authorized person - representative of the supplier;
5) power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person for participation in the Tender;
Package 2: Financial Documentation
1) completed legal entity questionnaires according to the internal control rules for combating money laundering and financing of terrorism at JSC "Nurbank";
2) original bank letter from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's bank details, absence of overdue debts to the bank;
3) copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, stamped by the legal entity, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, stamped, if available;
4) original tax authority certificate at the supplier's registration location confirming no tax debts;
5) copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who previously cooperated with the supplier, containing evaluations and characteristics of cooperation experience, including timeliness, completeness of obligations performance, etc. (if available);
6) information on the availability of material and technical resources;
7) price proposals;
8) information on the registration of the applicant on the ETP (if available);
9) copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for the 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. If there are tax losses for the previous two years, the participant must provide justification for the proposed product/service price (related to the procurement of goods/works/services which subsequently are subject to international business transactions).
