Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

Nur Bank JSC announces an open tender for the procurement of 228 (two hundred twenty-eight) POS terminals with pinpads equipped with the necessary software for installation in affiliated companies and branch network.

Lot List:

1. Lot 1 — supply of 210 (two hundred ten) GPRS POS terminals and 18 (eighteen) ETHERNET POS terminals with pinpads equipped with necessary software;

To participate in the tender, the following documents must be provided:

1) Application for participation in the tender based on the established form, according to Annex 1 to this letter in Russian/Kazakh languages;

2) Notarized copies of the founding documents, certificate of registration/reregistration of legal entity or certificate of individual entrepreneur registration;

3) Copies of the license (original for verification) for conducting licensed activities by the state (if the activities related to procured goods/works/services are subject to licensing);

4) An original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's banking details, the absence of overdue debt to the bank, and unrestricted disposition of funds;

5) Copies of financial statements for legal entities, certified by the legal entity's seal, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified by the seal if available;

6) An original certificate from the Tax Committee at the applicant's registration place confirming the absence of tax payment debt;

7) Copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who have previously collaborated with the applicant, containing assessments and characteristics of the cooperation experience, including timeliness, completeness of obligations fulfillment, etc. (if available);

8) Information on the applicant's registration on the ETP (if available);

9) Information on the availability of material and technical base (if available);

10) Notarized copy of the document confirming the identity of the authorized person—representative of the applicant;

11) Power of attorney from the applicant to the authorized person for participation in the Tender;

12) Price proposals;

13) Copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for the 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. If there are losses in tax accounting for the previous two years, the participant must provide justification of the proposed price of the goods/services (for the procurement of goods/works/services that subsequently become the subject of international business operations);

14) Completed questionnaires of legal entity, individual entrepreneur, individual according to Internal Control Rules aimed at counteracting money laundering and terrorist financing in Nur Bank JSC;

15) Copies of certificates according to PCI PTS, EMVCo Level 1 & 2, Open Way for software

16) Terms, timing, cost of technical service, warranty/post-warranty service.

A supplier is allowed to tender if:

1. the proposed equipment meets the technical requirements for POS terminals and pinpads;

2. supplies the procured POS terminals with pinpads equipped with necessary software, including software license costs for POS terminals, costs for creating, editing configurations, and remote configuration loading of POS terminals, costs of PIN PAD with cables for POS terminals, and Sam-cards (when using for 3DES encryption), 17 key input devices (when inputting encryption keys with an external device), 17 software loading cables for POS terminals (if absent in the Bank) at the best lifecycle cost (with an operational period of 8 years);

3. supplies the procured equipment with the best payment conditions

4. supplies the procured equipment in the shortest terms under DDP terms to the buyer's warehouse in Almaty;

5. conducts free training on POS terminal operation for two Bank employees

6. has authorization letters and safety certificates from equipment manufacturers.

7. provides certificates of training/participation of the company-applicant's employees in training on POS terminals

8. provides free consultancy and technical support on issues related to POS terminal operation for at least 1 year from the date of POS terminals supply

9. ensures warranty service on POS terminals for at least 1 year from the date of supply

10. provides the best post-warranty service conditions.

Potential suppliers' representatives can be present at the opening of envelopes with applications provided their powers are confirmed.
