We announce an open tender for the selection of a hotel service provider for the year 2025.
As a result of the competition, a service agreement will be concluded with the company offering the best terms.
1) application for participation in the tender in the prescribed form;
2) copies of the license (original for verification) for conducting state-licensed activities (if the activities related to the purchased goods/works/services require licensing);
3) notarized copy of the document verifying the identity of the authorized representative of the supplier;
4) notarized copy of the document verifying the identity of the chief executive;
5) power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person for participation in the tender.
1) original bank statement confirming the applicant's bank details and absence of overdue debt to the bank;
2) copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the legal entity’s seal, and tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified by seal if available;
3) original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's place of registration confirming no tax payment arrears;
4) copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who have previously cooperated with the supplier, containing evaluations and characteristics of the cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligations fulfillment, etc. (if available);
5) information about the availability of material and technical base;
6) pricing proposals;
7) copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for the 2 (two) years preceding the tender. In case of losses in tax accounting for the previous two years, the participant must provide a justification for the proposed goods/services pricing (for procurement of goods/works/services that subsequently become the subject of an international business transaction).
1) Description of the product, delivery terms, deadlines.
2) The potential Supplier bears all expenses related to the preparation and submission of its tender, and the bank and the tender commission has no responsibility or obligation for these expenses, regardless of the nature and outcome of the tender.
We note that the bank's tender committee is entitled not to disclose information regarding the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC "Nurbank" is entitled to cancel or postpone the tender by providing written notice to potential suppliers who have submitted tender applications, indicating the cancellation of the tender or the postponement with a new date specified.
A potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw their application before the final deadline for submitting tender applications.
