Requirements for Potential Service Providers for Tender Admission

Criteria for Tender Proposal Evaluation

compliance of the potential supplier with the above requirements;
compliance of the tender application with the technical specifications of the tender documentation;
proposed price;
payment terms;
equipment delivery time.

Required document package for tender participation

Legal Documentation

tender application;
copies of founding documents, certificate of registration/reregistration of a legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);
copies of licenses (original for verification) for conducting state-regulated activities (if the activities related to the procured goods/services/work are subject to licensing);
copy of the identity document of the authorized representative of the supplier;
power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person for participation in the Tender.

Financial Documentation

a price offer for at least 12 months;
an original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's banking details and the absence of overdue debts to the bank;
copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the legal entity's seal, and tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified by seal if applicable;
an original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's place of registration confirming the absence of outstanding tax liabilities;
information on the availability of material and technical resources;
confirmation of consent to settlement through a bank account at JSC 'Nurbank' for delivery under the Contract.

the existence of its own service center in Almaty, or documents confirming the provision of service support and official authority of the manufacturer's authorized service partner.
the potential Supplier bears all expenses related to the preparation and submission of its tender application, and the Bank and the tender commission are not responsible or liable for these expenses, regardless of the conduct and outcomes of the tender.

We note that the Bank's Tender Committee is entitled not to disclose information regarding the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.

A potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw its application before the final deadline for submitting tender applications.

The tender will be conducted with the participation of an authorized person of the potential service provider, or without such participation if the authorized person does not participate in the tender.
