The tender is open to legal entities (potential service providers) who must meet the following requirements at the time of the tender:

• possess professional competence and work experience, have the necessary financial, material, and labor resources to fulfill obligations under the service agreement;
• have no claims from JSC "Nurbank" under previously concluded contracts;
• be solvent, not subject to liquidation, with no seizure of property, and financial and economic activities not suspended according to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• fulfill tax and other mandatory budget payment obligations at the time of the application for participation in the tender and at the time of concluding the service agreement.

The technical specification and description of software products are provided in Appendix No. 5.

• compliance of the potential supplier with the aforementioned requirements;
• compliance of the tender bid with the technical specifications of the tender documentation;
• the proposed price;
• payment terms.

• tender application;
• copies of founding documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of a legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);
• copies of the license (original for verification) for conducting state-licensed activities (if the procured goods/works/services are subject to licensing);
• copy of identification document of the authorized representative of the supplier;
• supplier's power of attorney to the authorized person for participating in the tender.

• price proposals for 1 year;
• an original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's banking details and the absence of overdue debt to the bank, or if using an online banking certificate, a copy of this certificate with a stamp and signature of an authorized official must be provided;
• copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified with the legal entity's stamp, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified with a stamp if available;
• an original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's place of registration confirming the absence of outstanding tax payments;
• information on the availability of material and technical resources;
• confirmation of agreement to conduct settlements under the Contract through a bank account at Nurbank JSC (in any form with the signature and stamp of an authorized official).
