According to the decision of the tender committee, the winner of the tender is Alarmex Pro LLP.

We are announcing an open tender for the procurement and execution of installation and commissioning works at the branch building in Almaty at the address: Zheltoksan Street, 173, for the following security systems:

  1. Automatic gas fire extinguishing system
  2. Access control management system
  3. Fire alarm system

We invite potential suppliers to participate in the tender.

Tender Proposal Evaluation Criteria

  1. Compliance of the potential supplier with the requirements specified in Appendices No.2 and No.3 to this announcement
  2. Compliance of the tender application with technical specifications/requirements
  3. Proposed price
  4. Payment terms: 50% prepayment, 50% post-payment
Legal Documentation

1) applications for participation in the Tender in the form established by appendix 4;

2) copies of constituent documents, certificates or statements of registration/reregistration of a legal entity, or certificates of registration of an individual entrepreneur/notification of the commencement of activities as an individual entrepreneur;

3) copies of the charter, power of attorney, decision and order on the appointment of the first manager, decision on the creation of a LLP, LLP protocols (if available);

4) copies of the permit (original for verification if the permit is issued in paper form) for the conduct of certain activities (if the procurement of goods/works/services requires obtaining a permit) or a copy of the extract from the state electronic register of permits and notifications issued by the state body accepting the notification, regarding the notification sent by the Applicant (if the procurement of goods/works/services requires the sending of a notification);

5) original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the Applicant's banking details, absence of overdue debts to the bank, and absence of restrictions on the disposal of funds;

6) decision of the authorized body of the legal entity on the election (appointment) of the executive body (manager), a notarized copy of the document.

Financial Documentation

1) a copy of the financial statements for the last reporting period for legal entities, certified by the seal of the legal entity, tax declarations for individuals engaged in individual entrepreneurial activities

2) the original certificate from the Tax Committee at the place of registration of the Applicant confirming the absence of tax payment arrears

3) original or copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who previously collaborated with the Applicant, containing assessments and characteristics of the cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligations fulfillment, and more (if available)

4) availability of information about the Applicant's registration on an ETP (if available)

5) information about the availability of material and technical resources (if necessary)

6) copies of the identity document of the authorized representative of the Applicant

7) power of attorney of the Applicant to the authorized person for participation in the Tender

8) pricing proposals

9) copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for the 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. In the presence of losses in tax accounting for the previous two years, the participant must provide justification for the price of the proposed goods/services (for the procurement of goods/works/services that later become the subject of an international business transaction)

10) other documents in accordance with the decision of the Tender Commission.

We note that the Bank's Tender Committee has the right not to disclose information regarding the review, assessment, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the review, assessment, and comparison of tender applications.

A potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw their application before the final deadline for submission of tender applications.

The tender will be conducted with the participation of an authorized representative of the potential service provider or without such if the authorized representative does not participate in the tender.

The deadline for submission of tender documentation: 12:00 hours, April 9, 2025. Documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope (indicating contact details on the envelope) to the bank's office located at Almaty, Abay Ave 10 ‘B’, office 204.
