Requirements for Potential Service Providers for Tender Admission

Potential suppliers who meet the criteria outlined in Appendix No. 4 "Supplier Requirements" are eligible for the tender. The technical specification is provided in Appendix No. 1 "Technical Specification".

Required Document Package for Tender Participation

Legal Documentation

copies of the founding documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of a legal entity (Charter, certificate of VAT registration)
copies of the license (original for verification) for conducting specific activities licensed by the state (if the activities for the purchased goods/works/services require licensing)
a copy of the document verifying the identity of the authorized representative of the supplier
the supplier's power of attorney to the authorized person for participation in the Tender
copies of the charter, power of attorney, decision, and order on the appointment of the first leader, decision on the creation of LLP, LLP protocols

Financial Documents

a price proposal for a minimum of 12 months
an original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's bank details and the absence of overdue debt to the bank
copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the legal entity's stamp, and tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs certified by a stamp, if available
an original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's place of registration confirming the absence of tax payment arrears
information on the availability of material and technical resources
confirmation of the agreement to conduct settlements upon delivery under the Contract through a bank account at JSC 'Nurbank'

the potential Supplier bears all expenses related to the preparation and submission of their tender application, and the Bank and the tender commission are not responsible and do not bear obligations for these expenses, regardless of the nature of the conduct and results of the tender

We acknowledge that the Bank's Tender Committee is entitled not to disclose information regarding the examination, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the examination, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.

A potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw their application before the final deadline for tender submissions.

The tender will be conducted with the participation of an authorized representative of the potential service provider or without if the authorized representative does not participate in the tender.
