Requirements for Potential Service Providers for Tender Admission

Key Requirements for Suppliers:
  • furniture must meet the list and specifications as per Appendix 1
  • free delivery to the installation site (leased premises in the «Ambassador» business center
  • manufacture of furniture according to individual sizes and deadlines specified by the customer
  • opening an account in "Nurbank" JSC
  • must be solvent, not subject to liquidation, assets must not be under arrest, financial and business activities must not be suspended according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Required Document Package for Tender Participation

Legal Documentation
  1. application for participation in the tender in the prescribed form
  2. copies of the license (original for verification) for carrying out certain state-licensed activities (if activities related to the procured goods/works/services are subject to licensing)
  3. notarized copy of the identity document of the authorized representative of the supplier
  4. notarized copy of the identity document of the chief executive
  5. power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person for participation in the tender
Financial Documentation
  1. original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's bank details and the absence of overdue debt to the bank
  2. copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the seal of the legal entity, and tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified by the seal if available
  3. original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's place of registration confirming the absence of tax arrears
  4. copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who have previously cooperated with the supplier, containing assessments and characteristics of the cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligations fulfillment, and others (if available)
  5. information on the availability of material and technical resources
  6. price proposals;
  7. copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for the 2 (two) years preceding the tender. If there are losses in tax accounting for the previous two years, the participant should justify the price of the proposed goods/services (for procurement of goods/works/services that subsequently become the subject of an international business transaction).

The potential supplier bears all expenses related to the preparation and submission of their tender application, and the Bank and the Tender Committee bear no responsibility or liability for these expenses, regardless of the conduct and outcomes of the tender.

We note that the Bank's Tender Committee reserves the right not to disclose any information regarding the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or to any other person not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.

JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender by providing written notification to potential suppliers who have submitted tender applications, indicating the cancellation or rescheduling with reference to a new date for the tender.

A potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw their application before the final deadline for tender application submissions.

The tender will be conducted with or without the participation of an authorized representative of the potential service provider if the authorized representative does not participate in the tender.
