Level 1 with path cord according to the Technical specification
Level 2 with path cord according to the Technical specification
Extension consoles for SIP telephones according to the Technical specification

Lot №3. Equipment set for upgrading corporate telephony

Requirements for Potential Service Providers to Qualify for Tender

Potential suppliers who meet the criteria outlined in Annex No. 4 "Supplier Requirements" are allowed to participate in the tender. The technical specification is provided in Annex No. 1 "Technical Specification".

Required Document Package for Tender Participation

Legal Documentation

tender participation application
copies of founding documents, registration/re-registration certificates for a legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate)
copies of licenses (original for verification) for conducting state-licensed activities (if the activities related to the procured goods/works/services require licensing)
copy of the identity document of the authorized representative of the supplier
power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person to participate in the Tender;
copy of the charter
power of attorney for the company representative
decision and order on the appointment of the first company executive

Financial Documentation

a price proposal for at least 12 months
original bank reference confirming the applicant's bank details and no overdue debts to the bank
copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the legal entity's seal, and tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified with seal if available
original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's place of registration confirming no tax debts
information on the availability of material and technical resources
confirmation of agreement to conduct transactions under the Contract through a bank account at JSC 'Nurbank'

technical specifications, supply conditions, timelines
availability of an own service center in Almaty, or documents confirming the provision of service support and official authority of an authorized service partner of the manufacturer

The potential supplier bears all costs associated with the preparation and submission of their tender application, and the Bank and the Tender Committee are not responsible or liable for these costs, regardless of the conduct and results of the tender.

We note that the Bank's Tender Committee reserves the right not to disclose information related to the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other party not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.

The potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw their application before the final deadline for the submission of tender applications.

The tender will be conducted with the participation of an authorized representative of the potential service provider or without such if the authorized representative does not participate in the tender.
