We announce the pre-tender activities aimed at finding a potential supplier for developing a mobile application for individuals, providing them with 24/7 online service.
We consider proposals from legal entities - potential service providers, which must comply with the requirements listed in Appendix No.1 (Functional Requirements).
The list of functions to be developed in the mobile application for individuals is provided in Appendix No.2.
To consider proposals, potential suppliers must provide:
Nurbank JSC reserves the right to cancel or postpone the collection of proposals with written (electronic) notification to potential suppliers, indicating the new date for proposal collection.
A potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw their request before the final deadline for proposal collection.
The deadline for proposal submissions is 18:00 on July 24, 2025
Following the collection of proposals from potential suppliers, a tender will be announced for the development of a mobile application for individuals
