    Key Requirements for Suppliers

    • services must comply with the Technical Specification
    • the potential service provider must have the necessary equipment, materials, and components
    • opening an account with JSC 'Nurbank'
    • the potential service provider must have professional competence, and possess the necessary financial, material, and labor resources to fulfill obligations in accordance with the contract
    • the potential service provider must be solvent, not subject to liquidation, and its property must not be under arrest, its financial and economic activity must not be suspended in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
    • the potential service provider bears all costs associated with the preparation and submission of its tender application, and the Bank and the tender committee are not responsible or liable for these costs regardless of the nature and outcome of the tender

    Required Document Package for Tender Participation

    Legal Documentation
    1. application for participation in the tender in the prescribed form
    2. copies of the founding documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of the legal entity (Charter, certificate of registration for value-added tax purposes)
    3. copies of the license (original for verification) for conducting certain activities licensed by the state (if the activity related to the procured goods/works/services is subject to licensing)
    4. copy of the document confirming the identity of the authorized representative of the supplier
    5. copy of the document confirming the identity of the first executive
    6. power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person for participation in the tender
    Financial Documentation
    1. original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's bank details and the absence of overdue debt to the bank
    2. copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the legal entity's seal, tax returns for individual entrepreneurs, certified with a seal if available
    3. original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's registration location confirming no outstanding tax payments
    4. copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs previously cooperating with the supplier, containing evaluations and characteristics of cooperation experience, including timeliness, completeness of obligations fulfillment, etc. (if available)
    5. information on the availability of material and technical base
    6. price proposal
    7. copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for 2 (two) years preceding the tender. If there are losses in the tax accounting for the previous two years, the participant must provide a justification for the pricing of the proposed goods/services (for the procurement of goods/works/services subsequently involved in an international business transaction)
    Other Documentation
    1. description and technical documentation for the supplied equipment
    2. supply and warranty service conditions for the equipment
    3. delivery dates
    4. availability of service centers in the Republic of Kazakhstan (provide information with the name, address, and contact details)

    Please note that the Bank's Tender Commission reserves the right not to disclose information regarding the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other entity not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.

    JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender by providing written notification to potential suppliers who have submitted tender applications, informing them of the cancellation or rescheduling of the tender with a new date specified.

    A potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw its application before the deadline for submitting tender applications.

    The tender will be conducted with the participation of an authorized representative of the potential service provider or without one if the authorized representative does not participate in the tender.
