    Requirements for Potential Service Providers for Tender Admission

    Legal entities (potential service providers) are admitted to the tender, which by the time of the tender must meet the following requirements:

    • possess professional competence and work experience, have the necessary financial, material, and human resources to fulfill obligations in accordance with the service agreement
    • have no claims from JSC "Nurbank" under previously concluded agreements
    • be solvent, not subject to liquidation, no seizure should be imposed on its property, and its financial and economic activities should not be suspended in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
    • fulfill their obligations to pay taxes and other obligatory payments to the budget at the time of the application for participation in the tender and at the time of concluding the service contract
    • documentary confirmation from the distributor of the right to sell vulnerability scanner licenses and provide technical support in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan

    The technical specification and description of the software products are provided in Appendix No.1

    Please note that the Bank's Tender Committee has the right not to disclose information regarding the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to the potential service providers or any other party not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison process.

    JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender by providing written notice to the potential providers who submitted tender applications, specifying the cancellation or rescheduling with the indication of a new date.

    A potential provider is entitled to modify or withdraw their application before the final deadline for the submission of tender applications.
