    Key Requirements for Suppliers

    • services must meet the Technical Specification
    • the potential service provider must have the necessary equipment, materials, and components
    • opening an account at JSC 'Nurbank'
    • the potential service provider must have professional competence and possess the necessary financial, material, and labor resources to fulfill obligations in accordance with the contract
    • the potential service provider must be solvent, not subject to liquidation, have no asset seizures, and its financial and economic activities must not be suspended according to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan
    • the potential service provider bears all costs associated with the preparation and submission of its tender application, and the Bank and tender commission do not bear any responsibility for these costs regardless of the nature and results of the tender

    Required Document Package for Tender Participation

    Legal Documentation
    1. bid application in the prescribed form
    2. copies of the founding documents, certificate of registration/reregistration of the legal entity (Charter, certificate of VAT registration)
    3. copies of the license (original for verification) for conducting activities licensed by the state (if the purchased goods/works/services require licensing)
    4. copy of the document confirming the identity of the authorized representative of the supplier
    5. copy of the document confirming the identity of the first manager
    6. power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized representative to participate in the tender
    Financial Documentation
    1. original statement from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's bank details and absence of overdue debts to the bank
    2. copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the entity's seal, tax returns for individual entrepreneurs, certified by seal if available
    3. original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's registration location confirming the absence of tax payment debts
    4. copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who have previously collaborated with the supplier, containing evaluations and characteristics of the cooperation experience, including timeliness, completeness of obligations fulfillment, and others (if available)
    5. information on the availability of material and technical resources
    6. price proposal
    7. copies of Corporate Income Tax Returns for the two years preceding the tender. If there are losses in tax accounting for the previous two years, the participant must provide justification for the price of the offered goods/services (for procurement of goods/works/services that subsequently become the subject of an international business transaction)
    Other Documentation
    1. description and technical documentation for the supplied equipment
    2. terms of delivery and warranty service of the equipment
    3. delivery terms
    4. availability of service centers across RK (provide information with the name, address, and contact details)

    We note that the Bank's Tender Commission has the right not to disclose information related to the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender bids to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender bids.

    JSC 'Nurbank' has the right to cancel or postpone the tender by providing written notice to potential suppliers who have submitted tender bids, specifying the cancellation of the tender or rescheduling it with the new date.

    A potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw their bid before the expiration of the final deadline for submitting tender bids.

    The tender will be conducted with the participation of an authorized representative of the potential service provider or without it if the authorized representative does not participate in the tender.
