Proposals from legal entities (potential service providers) are accepted for consideration, which must comply with the requirements specified in Appendix No.1 (Technical Specification) for:
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the collection of proposals with a written (electronic) notice to potential suppliers about the cancellation or postponement indicating a new date for the collection of proposals.
A potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw their request before the final deadline for the collection of proposals expires.
