Proposals from legal entities (potential service providers) are considered, which must meet the requirements specified in Appendices No. 1, 2, 3 (Technical Specification) for:
JSC 'Nurbank' reserves the right to cancel or postpone the collection of proposals with written (electronic) notification to potential suppliers of the cancellation or postponement, indicating the new date for proposal collection.
A potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw their request before the deadline for proposal collection.
