    The Bank's Tender Committee is entitled not to disclose information concerning the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.

    JSC 'Nurbank' reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with a written notice to the potential suppliers who submitted tender applications, indicating the cancellation or rescheduling of the tender and specifying a new date.

    Potential providers are entitled to amend or withdraw their application before the final submission deadline.
