We announce the open tender for the procurement of Disk Drives for data storage systems:

  • Lot #1 – NetApp Storage System
  • Lot #2 – Huawei Storage System

Potential suppliers meeting the criteria outlined are eligible to participate:

  • Appendix #1 Supplier Requirements.

The technical specification is provided:

  • Appendix #2 Technical Specification.
Criteria for Evaluating Tender Applications
  • compliance of the potential supplier with the above requirements
  • compliance of the tender application with the technical specifications of the tender documentation
  • offered price
  • payment terms
  • equipment delivery times

Required document package for tender participation

Legal Documentation
  1. application for participation in the tender
  2. copies of the constituent documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of a legal entity (Charter, certificate of registration for VAT)
  3. copies of the license (original for verification) for carrying out activities licensed by the state (if the activities related to procured goods/works/services require licensing)
  4. a copy of the document identifying the authorized person – the representative of the supplier
  5. power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person to participate in the Tender
Financial Documentation
  1. a price offer for at least 12 months
  2. the original of the certificate from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's bank details, confirming the absence of overdue debts of the applicant to the bank
  3. copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the seal of the legal entity, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified by the seal if available
  4. the original of the certificate from the Tax Committee at the place of registration of the supplier confirming the absence of tax payment arrears
  5. information on the availability of material and technical base
  6. confirmation of the agreement to make settlements under the Contract through a bank account in "Nurbank" JSC
Other Documentation
  • technical specifications, delivery terms, timelines
  • availability of own service center in Almaty, or documents confirming the provision of service support and official authority of the manufacturer's authorized service partner
  • the potential Supplier bears all costs associated with the preparation and submission of its tender application, and the Bank and the tender committee do not take responsibility or obligations for these costs, regardless of the nature of the conduct and results of the tender

It should be noted that the Bank's Tender Committee is entitled not to disclose information regarding the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.

"Nurbank" JSC reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notification to the potential suppliers who submitted tender applications about the cancellation or postponement of the tender, indicating the new date of its conduct.

A potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw its application before the expiration of the final deadline for submission of tender applications.

The tender will be held in the presence of an authorized representative of the potential service provider or without, should the authorized representative not participate in the tender.
