We announce an open tender for the procurement of Disk Drives for data storage systems:

  • Lot #1 – NetApp Storage
  • Lot #2 – Huawei Storage

Potential suppliers meeting the criteria set forth are allowed to participate in the tender:

Criteria for Evaluating Tender Applications
  • compliance of the potential supplier with the above requirements
  • compliance of the tender application with the technical specifications of the tender documentation
  • proposed price
  • payment terms
  • delivery times for the equipment

Required document package for participating in the tender

Legal Documentation
  1. application for tender participation
  2. copies of constituent documents, certificate of registration/reregistration of a legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate)
  3. copies of the license (original for verification) for conducting state-licensed activities (if the activities related to the procured goods/works/services are subject to licensing)
  4. copy of the identity document of the authorized representative of the supplier
  5. power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person for participation in the Tender
Financial Documentation
  1. price quotation for at least 12 months
  2. original bank certificate confirming the applicant's banking details and the absence of overdue debts to the bank
  3. copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the legal entity's seal, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified by the seal if available
  4. original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's place of registration confirming the absence of tax payment debts
  5. information about available material and technical resources
  6. confirmation of agreement to settle accounts for delivery under the Contract through a bank account in JSC "Nurbank"
Additional Documentation
  • technical specifications, delivery terms, deadlines
  • the presence of its own service center in Almaty, or supporting documents for providing service support and official authority of the manufacturer's authorized service partner
  • the potential Supplier bears all costs associated with the preparation and submission of its tender application, and the Bank and the tender committee do not respond or bear obligations for these costs, regardless of the nature and outcome of the tender

We note that the Bank's Tender Commission has the right not to disclose information concerning the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender bids to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender bids.

JSC "Nurbank" has the right to cancel or postpone the tender by providing written notification to potential suppliers who have submitted tender bids, indicating the cancellation of the tender or rescheduling with a new date of holding.

A potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw its bid before the final tender submission deadline.

The tender will be conducted with the participation of the authorized representative of the potential service provider, or without such participation if the authorized representative will not be attending the tender.
