Proposals are accepted from legal entities (potential service providers) that must meet the requirements specified in Appendix No.1 (Technical Specification).
JSC 'Nurbank' reserves the right to cancel or postpone the collection of proposals with written (electronic) notification to potential suppliers, indicating the new date for proposals submission.
Potential suppliers have the right to modify or withdraw their requests before the final deadline for proposal submission.
