  • services must comply with the Technical Specifications, have the necessary quantity of equipment, materials, and components
  • opening an account at Nurbank JSC
  • possess professional competence, have the necessary financial, material, and labor resources to fulfill obligations according to the contract
  • be solvent, not subject to liquidation, assets must not be under arrest, financial and business activities must not be suspended in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
  • the potential Supplier bears all costs associated with the preparation and submission of its tender application, and the bank and the tender commission are not liable for these costs, regardless of the conduct and results of the tender

Required Document Package for Tender Participation

Legal Documentation
  1. Application for tender participation in the prescribed form
  2. Copies of founding documents, certificate of registration/reregistration of a legal entity (Charter, certificate of VAT registration)
  3. Copies of the license (original for verification) for conducting state-licensed activities (if the purchased goods/works/services require licensing)
  4. Copy of the document identifying the representative authorized by the supplier
  5. Copy of the identity document of the primary executive officer
  6. Supplier's power of attorney for the authorized person to participate in the tender
Financial Documentation
  1. Original bank statement confirming the applicant's bank details and the absence of overdue debts to the bank
  2. Copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the legal entity's stamp, and tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified with a stamp if available
  3. Original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's registration location confirming no tax debts
  4. Copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who have previously collaborated with the supplier, containing evaluations and characteristics of collaboration experience including timeliness, completeness of obligations, etc. (if available)
  5. Information on the availability of material and technical resources
  6. Pricing proposal
  7. Copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for the 2 (two) years preceding the tender. If there are losses in tax accounting for the preceding two years, the participant must provide a justification of the proposed goods/services price (for procurement of goods/works/services which subsequently are the subject of an international business transaction)
  8. Certificates of compliance for used equipment, materials, and components.

From our side, we note that the Bank's Tender Committee is entitled not to disclose information concerning the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person officially not involved in the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.

Nurbank JSC is entitled to cancel or postpone the tender by sending a written notification (electronic) to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications about the cancellation or postponement, indicating the new date of the event.

A potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw their application before the final deadline for submitting tender applications expires.
