Required Document Package for Tender Participation

Legal Documentation
  1. copies of the founding documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of a legal entity (Charter, certificate of VAT registration)
  2. copies of the license (original for verification) for conducting certain state-licensed activities (if the activity related to purchased goods/works/services requires licensing)
  3. copy of the identity document of the authorized person — representative of the supplier
  4. power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person for participation in the Tender
Financial Documentation
  1. a price offer valid for at least 12 months
  2. an original certificate from the service bank confirming the applicant's bank details, absence of overdue debts to the bank
  3. copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the legal entity's seal, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified by the seal if available
  4. an original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's place of registration confirming no tax payment arrears
  5. information about the availability of material and technical base
  6. confirmation of consent to conduct mutual settlements under the Agreement through a bank account in JSC "Nurbank"
Other Documentation
  • technical specifications, terms of delivery, deadlines
  • availability of own service center in Almaty city, or supporting documents for providing service support and official authority of an authorized service partner of the manufacturing company

We note that the Bank's Tender Commission has the right not to disclose information related to the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender proposals to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender proposals.

A potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw their proposal before the final deadline for submitting tender proposals.

The potential supplier bears all costs associated with the preparation and submission of their tender proposal, and the Bank and the tender commission are not liable for these expenses, regardless of the nature of the conduct and results of the tender.

The tender will be conducted with the participation of the authorized representative of the potential service provider, or without such if the authorized person does not participate in the tender.
