Required Document Package for Tender Participation

Legal Documentation
  1. copies of founding documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of a legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate)
  2. copies of the license (original for verification) to conduct state-licensed activities (if the activities related to the purchased goods/works/services require a license)
  3. a copy of the document verifying the identity of the authorized representative of the supplier
  4. a power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person for participation in the Tender
Financial Documentation
  1. price quotation
  2. original bank reference confirming the applicant's bank details and absence of overdue debts
  3. copies of annual financial statements for legal entities certified with the entity's stamp, tax returns for individual entrepreneurs certified if a stamp is available
  4. original tax committee certificate at the supplier's registration location confirming no outstanding tax debts
  5. information on the availability of material and technical resources
  6. confirmation of consent to settle through a bank account at JSC "Nurbank" under the agreement
Other Documentation
  • technical specifications, delivery terms, timelines
  • availability of own service center in Almaty, or supporting documents for providing service support and official authorization of an authorized service partner of the manufacturer

Please note that the Bank's Tender Committee reserves the right not to disclose information related to the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.

The potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw its application before the final deadline for submitting tender applications.

The potential supplier bears all costs associated with the preparation and submission of its tender application, and the Bank and the tender committee are not liable for these costs, regardless of the nature of the tender process and its results.

The tender will proceed with the participation of an authorized representative of the potential service provider, or without if such a representative does not participate in the tender.
