We announce the open tender for the procurement of the following services/work:

- lot No.1 “Monitoring of security alarm and fire alarm systems at the facilities of JSC 'Nurbank' in accordance with the requirements outlined in Appendices No.1 and No.2 to this announcement;

- lot No.2 “Technical maintenance of security systems at the facilities of JSC 'Nurbank' in accordance with the requirements outlined in Appendices No.3 and No.4 to this announcement.

Required Document Package for Tender Participation

Legal Documentation
  1. application for participation in the Tender in the prescribed form
  2. copies of founding documents, certificate or statement of registration/reregistration of a legal entity or certificate of registration of an individual entrepreneur/notification of business commencement as an individual entrepreneur
  3. copies of the charter, power of attorney, decision, and order of appointment of the first executive, decision on the establishment of the LLP, LLP minutes (if available)
  4. copies of permits, licenses (original for verification if the permit is issued on paper) for specific activities (if the procurement of goods/works/services requires a permit) or a copy of the extract from the state electronic register of permits and notifications issued by the state authority accepting the notification submitted by the Applicant (if the procurement of goods/works/services requires notification)
  5. original bank statement from the servicing bank confirming the Applicant's banking details, absence of overdue debts of the Applicant to the bank, and no restrictions on the disposal of funds
  6. decision of the authorized body of the legal entity on the election (appointment) of the executive body (manager), a notarized copy of the document.
Financial Documentation
  1. a copy of the financial statements for the last reporting period for legal entities, certified by the legal entity's seal, and tax declarations for individuals engaged in personal or entrepreneurial activities
  2. an original certificate from the Tax Committee at the place of registration of the Applicant indicating no outstanding tax liabilities
  3. original or copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who have previously collaborated with the Applicant, containing assessments and characteristics of the collaboration experience including timeliness, completeness of obligations fulfillment, and more (if available)
  4. information on the Applicant's registration on the ETP (if available)
  5. information on the availability of material and technical resources (if necessary)
  6. copies of the identity documents of the authorized representative of the Applicant
  7. power of attorney granted by the Applicant to the authorized representative to participate in the Tender
  8. price proposals
  9. copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for the 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. If there are losses in the tax records for the preceding two years, the participant must provide a justification of the price of the proposed goods/services (for purchases of goods/works/services that subsequently form the basis of an international business operation)
  10. other documents as determined by the Tender committee's decision.
Other Documentation
  1. Provide information on the availability of a branch network in accordance with Appendix 1 to this announcement (appointment order, address, representative contact details)
  1. If available, provide recommendations for 'Large Successful Projects in the Republic of Kazakhstan'
  2. Project activity license, construction and installation work license, certificate for the right to conduct work in the field of industrial safety, permit for work with pressure vessels

The Prospective Supplier is responsible for all expenses related to the preparation and submission of their tender proposal, and the Bank and the tender commission bear no responsibility or liability for these expenses, regardless of the nature of the tender and its results.

Furthermore, we note that the Bank's Tender Commission reserves the right not to disclose information related to the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender proposals to potential service suppliers or any other person not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender proposals.

Joint Stock Company Nurbank reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender by providing written notification (electronic) to the prospective suppliers who have submitted tender proposals about the cancellation of the tender or postponement, specifying the new date.

The Prospective Supplier has the right to modify or withdraw their proposal before the final deadline for the submission of tender proposals.

The tender will be conducted with the participation of an authorized representative of the potential service provider or without one if the authorized representative does not participate in the tender.
