Required Document Package for Tender Participation

Legal Documentation
  1. copies of founding documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of a legal entity (Charter, certificate of registration for value added tax)
  2. copies of licenses (original for verification) for conducting certain state-licensed activities (if the activity on the purchased goods/works/services requires licensing)
  3. a copy of the identity document of the authorized person — representative of the supplier
  4. power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person for participation in the Tender
Financial Documentation
  1. a price offer for at least 12 months
  2. original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the bank details of the applicant and the absence of overdue debt by the applicant to the bank
  3. copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the seal of the legal entity; tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified by a seal if available
  4. original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's place of registration confirming no tax arrears
  5. information on the availability of material and technical resources
  6. confirmation of consent to conduct mutual settlements under the Agreement through a bank account at Nurbank JSC
Other Documentation
  • technical specifications, delivery terms, timelines
  • availability of an in-house service center in Almaty, or supporting documents for the provision of service support and official authority of the manufacturer's authorized service partner

The Bank's Tender Committee reserves the right not to disclose information related to the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.

A potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw its application before the final deadline for submitting tender applications.

The potential supplier bears all expenses associated with the preparation and submission of its tender application, and the Bank and the tender committee are not responsible for these expenses, regardless of the nature and outcome of the tender.

The tender will be conducted with or without the participation of an authorized representative of the potential service provider if such an authorized representative does not participate in the tender.
