Responsibilities:
- Acquiring new small and micro business clients (hereinafter referred to as SMB) by conducting consultations, presentations, and studying the activities of both potential and existing SMB clients to identify their needs for financial services
- Selling a comprehensive package of financial services provided by the Bank and its subsidiaries to SMB borrowers, including commercial lending, issuing guarantees, attracting corporate deposits, remote banking services, insurance, and more;
- Other job functions as outlined in the employee's job description.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or higher degree in finance/economics;
2. Partially completed bachelor's degree in finance/economics;
- Work experience:
- 1. At least 1 (one) year in a banking/microcredit organization (credit departments) with a bachelor's/partially completed bachelor's degree in finance/economics.
- 2. At least 3 (three) years in a banking/microcredit organization (credit departments) with any other higher education degree.
