Responsibilities:

  • Operational service for Clients: individuals and legal entities;
  • Consulting Clients on the following matters:
  • opening, managing, and closing Clients' bank accounts and deposits (including those using payment cards);

terms of acceptance and withdrawal of deposits;

transactions on bank accounts, including operations using payment cards and remote banking systems;

terms of issuance and servicing of payment cards, including corporate payment cards;

conducting bank transactions without opening a bank account (including transfers through international payment systems "Western Union", "Contact", "Unistream", "Golden Crown");

conducting foreign exchange operations;

  • settlement and cash services (including the preparation of primary documents);

Requirements:

  • Education:

Higher/secondary education.

  • Work experience:

at least 6 (six) months in the operational units of the Bank or possibly no work experience required upon completing training (internship) at JSC "Nurbank" for up to 1 (one) month.

  • General knowledge/skills necessary for performing duties:

Computer skills, knowledge of basic programs of the standard MS Office package (user);

Business communication ethics skills;

Proficient written and verbal communication;

Knowledge of labor protection, work organization, safety regulations, and internal labor rules.
