Responsibilities:
- Ensuring a high level of customer service quality for SMEs.
- Attracting new SME clients through professional consultations, presentations, and examining both potential and existing SME clients' activities to identify their needs for financial services provided by JSC «Nurbank» (hereinafter referred to as the Bank);
- Consulting, accepting, and reviewing client documents for tender guarantees, secured guarantees;
- Selling a comprehensive package of financial services to SMEs, provided by the Bank and its Subsidiaries, including commercial lending, issuance of guarantees, attracting corporate deposits, generating income from cash management services, remote banking services, insurance, and more;
- Analyzing funds and transactions in SME clients' accounts to engage with them to increase their transaction volumes and balances, and taking measures to prevent SME client attrition;
- Preparing necessary conclusions for establishing individual rates/conditions for SME client deposits;
Education:
- Higher/incomplete higher education in economic/financial/legal/technical-economic fields, management/marketing/mathematics education.
- Other higher education.
Work experience:
- At least 1 (one) year in a banking/financial institution, microcredit organization, given the presence of higher/incomplete higher financial/economic education.
2. At least 2 (two) years in a banking/financial institution, microcredit organization, in the case of other higher education.
