Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Kazakhstan banking legislation and regulations of the National Bank of Kazakhstan related to the Department's activities.
- Understanding of SME lending principles in the Bank.
- Knowledge of SME loan products.
- Negotiation skills.
- Ability to gather and analyze information.
Requirements:
- 1. Higher/ final-year higher education/ vocational/ final-year vocational degree in economics/ finance/ law/ management/ marketing/ mathematics.
2. Higher/ vocational/ incomplete higher education (for internal candidate transfers).
Work Experience:
Possibility of employment without work experience upon completing training (internship) at JSC "Nurbank" for a minimum of 1 (one) month.
- If there is work experience in banking/financial institutions/microcredit organization (credit departments) - internship is not required.
- General knowledge and skills required for job duties:
1. Computer skills, proficiency in basic MS Office programs (user level).
2. Business communication ethics.
3. Competent written and oral communication skills.
4. Knowledge of labor protection rules and regulations, labor organization, safety techniques, and internal labor regulations.
Language Skills:
1. State, Russian, English – as required.
