Responsibilities:
- Attracting new SME clients through consultations, presentations, and studying the activities of both potential and existing SME clients to identify their need for financial services provided by the Bank;
- Conducting business correspondence;
- Selling a comprehensive package of financial services provided by the Bank and its Subsidiaries to SME borrowers;
- Conducting financial and economic analysis of financing projects and preparing expert conclusions;
- Analyzing balances and transactions on SME borrowers' accounts to organize activities with SME borrowers to ensure increased account turnover and balances;
- Financial monitoring of projects and preparing monitoring reports in accordance with the approved schedule and the requirements of the Bank's internal documents, and promptly presenting current monitoring reports to the Credit Committees as well as reports on overdue loans;
- Conducting checks on the targeted use of loans provided to SME clients in accordance with the requirements of internal regulatory documents;
Education:
1. Higher education in finance/law/economics/mathematics/technical sciences.
2. Other higher education.
3. Higher education (for internal candidate transfer).
Work experience:
- At least 1 (one) year in banking/financial structures or in a microcredit organization (credit departments) with higher education in finance/law/economics/mathematics/technical sciences.
- At least 2 (two) years in a banking structure or in a microcredit organization (credit departments) with other higher education.
Knowledge: Knowledge of banking legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the department's area of activity.
- Knowledge of SME lending principles in the Bank.
- Knowledge of SME lending products.
- Proficiency in sales techniques.
- Proficiency in negotiation techniques.
- Skill in preparing and conducting presentations.
- Skill in gathering and analyzing information for decision making.
- Knowledge of state (recommended) and Russian languages.
Knowledge and skills in using all office programs.
