Responsibilities:

  1. Engaging with SMEs on issues ensuring adequate performance of obligations under provided loans/bank guarantees, including ensuring compliance with specific conditions in accordance with the Bank’s authorized body decision.
  2. Executing measures for recovering overdue debts as stipulated by the Bank’s internal regulatory documents, and decisions of competent bank authorities.
  3. Analyzing proposals for changing SME lending conditions linked to increased borrower risk (including restructuring loans overdue by up to 90 days).
  4. Reviewing and processing SME borrower applications for lending condition changes, certificates of no loan debt for tender participation, and other requests in accordance with the Bank’s internal regulations governing small and SME client lending.
  5. Providing well-prepared, duly processed, reliable, and comprehensive material to the Bank’s collegiate bodies/committees for consideration and decision-making.
  6. Implementing measures to achieve performance indicators set by the supervising department of the Head Office (HO).
  7. Achieving performance indicators within the framework of SME motivational programs.
  8. Adhering to the Bank's accepted information security requirements.

Education:

- Higher education in economics/technical/financial/mathematical/legal fields;

Experience:

- At least 6 months in a banking or financial structure or potentially with no experience subject to training (internship) at JSC Nurbank for at least 1 (one) year;
